# Blakeslee Research website
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
The Blakeslee Research organization site is a static Astro website deployed to Cloudflare Workers.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
This tree is developed in the private `blakeslee-research/corpo` repository under
|
||
|
|
`website/`, and mirrored read-only to the public `blakeslee-research/website`
|
||
|
|
repository. Send changes to the private repository; commits pushed to the public
|
||
|
|
mirror are overwritten on the next sync.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
## Local development
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
From this directory:
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|

The production build is written to `dist/`.
|

## Deployment
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Deployment runs from the private repository only. Configure these Gitea
|
||
|
|
repository secrets on `corpo` before deploying:
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
- `CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN`: a Cloudflare API token with **Workers Scripts: Edit** permission.
|
||
|
|
- `CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID`: the Cloudflare account ID that owns the Worker and domain.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
Pushes to `main` that change the website or its deployment workflow deploy automatically through `.gitea/workflows/deploy.yml`.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
The custom domain `blakeslee.xyz` must be an active zone in the same Cloudflare account so the `custom_domain` route can be provisioned. The deployment also provisions `www.blakeslee.xyz`; remove that route from `wrangler.jsonc` if `www` is handled elsewhere.
|
||
|
|
|
||
|
|
To deploy manually after building:
